Dr. Amy Williams
Dr. Amy Williams is an education consultant, author, and advocate for inclusive and systemic school improvement.
With more than 25 years of experience spanning roles as a principal, district coordinator, and adjunct faculty member, she brings both practical leadership and deep expertise to the districts she serves.
Through her partnership with Solution Tree, Dr. Williams work centers on MTSS (Multi-Tiered System of Supports),
implementing PLC at Work® principles, alongside RTI at Work™ strategies that ensure timely, research-based intervention.
Her commitment to access and inclusion extends to Universal Design for Learning (UDL), where she supports systemic, sustainable changes that improve outcomes for diverse learners.
Dr. Williams is the co-author of Demystifying MTSS: A School and District Framework for Meeting Students' Academic and Social-Emotional Needs (Solution Tree Press, 2022).
Dr. Wiliams is a Faculty member with CalState TEACH, an APPLE Distinguished program with California State University.
